Bookings

 Anyone can book the institute for a public or private event by completing the on-line Booking Form and agreeing to the Conditions of Hire given below. If you wish to deal directly with the Booking Secretary, contact details are given HERE

    This is the person legally responsible for ensuring the Conditions of Hire are respected.
    Please give us full information on which facilities are required; for what purpose; on which dates and times; and which organisation or person.

 HIRE CHARGES (new charges will start August 1st 2018)

There is no charge for members to use the Institute for their personal leisure activities. However the area chosen must not have been already booked- see our calendar of events.

The minimum donations requested are given above, however the Committee reserves the right to amend these at its discretion. It should be noted that these charges do not cover the costs of operating the hall and we rely on support on our fund raising events, subscriptions, donations and our own draw.  In respect of capital improvements these have been funded from grants and support from the community. It is our belief that the strong local support has been a major factor in being able to access the many different grants.
